All our jewellery has been tested to the best of our ability and are sold in good faith.

2.2. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions or images are free from errors or omissions. In the event of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct the information.

2.3. Due to the unique nature of our items, availability may change without notice. If a product is no longer available after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or a full refund.

2.4 We make every effort to produce product images that are an accurate and true likeness and cannot be held responsible for any colour variations resulting from the purchaser’s digital computer/mobile device.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.3. Once an order is received by the purchaser, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer.

4.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
