We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your jewellery. Please return the jewellery unworn and undamaged, packaged in it’s original packaging, and sent to our return address via the same insured postage method to ensure quick and safe redelivery (this benefits the customer).

Once we have safely received the item(s) will then refund you via your original payment method, unless requested otherwise, within 14 days, minus our original postage costs*
